It is mounted directly to the Frontier’s frame and comes with a 7-pin connector.

You can also count on the Frontier to take you where other vehicles can’t. It is designed with a high ground clearance and generation approach and departure angles. Most of the underbody components sit above the frame rails. In addition, the rear suspension comes with leaf springs that are over the rear axles instead of under them.
 

Exterior

To enhance its payload capabilities, the Frontier comes with a versatile bed. The Utili-Track® Channel System comes with four cleats and five channels to make it easier to secure a wide variety of cargo. The Frontier is also designed with a full-boxed, rugged frame to support heavy towing and payload loads.

You can choose between either the Frontier King Cab or the larger Crew Cab design. There are also two bed lengths available: 5-foot and 6.1-foot.
