Opt for Intelligent All-Wheel Drive for a controlled driving performance no matter the conditions. The standard 2.5-liter DOHC inline four-cylinder direct injection engine offers a spirited performance with ratings of 188 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque when the Altima is equipped with FWD. Ratings changed to 182 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque with this engine in an Altima with AWD. The SR trim is equipped with paddle shifters as standard equipment. Active Ride Control and Intelligent Trace Control are two systems designed for a better drive and are included in the available advanced Integrated Dynamics Module.
