What is EV Carefree+?

EV Carefree+ is a comprehensive EV program designed to support “worry-freeEV ownership.” It’s standard on every 2023 ARIYA and 2023 LEAF vehicle at no additional cost to your customer or your Dealership.

EV Carefree+ encompasses four areas:

Competitive public charging offers are available to owners, which include Nissan's partnership with EVgo, the nation's largest network of public fast chargers. ARIYA will include one year of unlimited complimentary charging on the EVgo network, and LEAF will recieve $100 in EVgo charging credits. To learn more, check out Nissan Energy Perks by EVgo.
A seamless home charging solution is available via Nissan's partnership with Wallbox. Customers can purchase a Wallbox Pulsar Plus Level 2 home charger and request installation services, if desired. Even better, they recieve a special discount code they can use when going through

Is charging expensive?

Most charging is done at home. Nissan partners with Wallbox to create a seamless home charging solution.

Not charging at home? With ARIYA, customers will get one year of unlimited free charging on the EVgo network. With LEAF, customers get $100 in EVgo charging credits.

Is my EV battery safe?
How do I know?

Nissan has a dedicated EV Multi-Point Inspection that will assess a customer’s EV health. Our Nissan-Certified Service Technician can explain everything clearly.

Do I need to even service my EV?

EVs do have Service needs — such as battery health — and our Nissan-Certified Service Technicians will walk you through the EV Multi-Point Inspection. They know the vehicle best!

What happens if I run out of charge while on the road?

EV Roadside Assistance can tow you to the nearest Nissan Dealership, nearest charging location, or home. We hope you never need to use it, but it’s reassuring to know it’s there.
